We will only enroll you in our marketing messages program when you provide your express written consent. Are There Any Cost?

Eating Made Easy does not have any costs associated with its SMS text messaging program.  However, message and data rates may apply in accordance with your cellular service agreement. If you are unsure about the costs associated with sending or receiving text messages, please consult your cellular service provider.

How Do I Opt Out?

You may opt out of our SMS text messaging program at any time. To stop receiving text messages from Eating Made Easy, text STOP to 37882. Note that you may receive one final text message to confirm that you have opted out. After you receive your opt out confirmation, you will not receive any further text messages from Eating Made Easy. If your mobile phone number changes, you are responsible for contacting us and letting us know to change your phone number in our records.
